Incinerator for Laboratory Waste
Having dual chamber with 2 leading chamber (850 Deg C and 1000 Deg C) with stack complete digitally Touch Screen Controller With USB port, workable on 440 volt. Portable Incinerator should be most effective for Bio Waste. Working Principle will be Furnace type Associated with Burning refuse, Brick lined enclosures. Combustion chamber should well insulated and has high temperature safe dozing and exhaust system. It has long and safe treatment of flew gases for safe disposal through long stack. Temperature of Burning Chamber upto 850 Deg C and for secondary chamber 1000 Deg C
Technical Specifications
Heaters/Elements: Made of a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1400°C (2550°F). The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and very good oxidation resistance (14 gauge) for primary chamber & (17 gauge) for secondary chamber.

Insulation:- Heavy insulation is done with combination of insulating bricks & silicon fiber insulating blanket to avoid any heat loss

THERMIC Incinerators are Front Loading Type
It is portable in nature, which can easily placed in a small space in a corner of building. Temperature:- Temperature of Primary/Burning chamber up to 850 Deg C and for secondary chamber 1000 Deg C.
Portable Whole unit made of M.S. on Angle painted is mounted on sturdy wheels. Control Panel:- Control Panel consists of Two number of HMI Controller with USB Port to transfer the data, Main Line Indicator, M.C.B. for safety.
